Terms and Conditions for Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Services:
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification before proceeding.
At Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Service, LLC, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our pest control and wildlife services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services rendered, please give us a call at (832)312-4323, and we will work vigorously with you to rectify the situation at hand. If we cannot rectify the issue, you could be eligible for a refund according to the guidelines outlined below.
a. General Pest Control: If you encounter a targeted pest problem before our next scheduled visit, please contact us, and we will return within 3 business days to resolve the issue at no additional charge. Despite our best efforts, if the problem remains unresolved and you remain unsatisfied, we will refund your last service within 3 business days, upon receiving a signed written request
b. Termite Control Service: If you are dissatisfied with our termite control services, including post-construction, pre-construction, or spot-treatment, the unused portion of the services is eligible for refund. However, we would prefer to assess the issue firsthand to determine if we can resolve it together. For clients with bait-stations installed as part of a preventative or treatment program, we are willing to cancel your contract and refund your last month's fees upon receiving a refund form and the return of any leased equipment. Please note that I only lease bait stations and will need to collect them in compliance with State and Federal pesticide handling regulations.
c. Nuisance Wildlife Control: Trapping, removal, and exclusion services are eligible for a refund of any unused portion of the services. To process the refund, a signed refund form must be submitted, and any company-owned equipment, such as traps, one-way doors, monitoring devices, cameras, and exclusion materials must be returned. If you encounter any quality or satisfaction issues, please contact us to discuss the problem. We will refund the price you paid for any undelivered services.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you made the payment using a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to that card. For payments made in cash, check, or ACH/EFT/E-Check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
