Terms and Conditions

 

Terms and Conditions for Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Services:

  1. Service Agreement: By engaging Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. We will provide the agreed-upon services in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Scope of Services: Our services encompass wildlife management and pest control, as described in our service agreement or as agreed upon in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to address the specified issues and deliver effective solutions.
  3. Refunds: Your 100% satisfaction is our goal, however if we are unable to resolve your issue and you request a refund, please see our refund policy for more details. 
  4. Service Limitations: While we strive to provide effective and satisfactory services, certain factors may impact the results. This includes environmental conditions, the behavior of wildlife or pests, or the extent of an infestation. We will make every effort to achieve the desired outcomes, but we cannot guarantee complete eradication or long-term prevention in all cases.
  5. Customer Responsibilities: As the customer, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the pest or wildlife issue. You must also follow any instructions or recommendations provided by our technicians to maximize the effectiveness of the services.
  6. Liability: Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Services will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the provision of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered.
  7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Services, its employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
  8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided.
  9. Amendments: Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Services reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our website or providing written notice to customers.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification before proceeding.

Refund Policy

At Toby's Wildlife Management & Pest Control Service, LLC, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our pest control and wildlife services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services rendered, please give us a call at (832)312-4323, and we will work vigorously with you to rectify the situation at hand. If we cannot rectify the issue, you could be eligible for a refund according to the guidelines outlined below.


  1. Refund Policy by Service Type: 

a. General Pest Control: If you encounter a targeted pest problem before our next scheduled visit, please contact us, and we will return within 3 business days to resolve the issue at no additional charge. Despite our best efforts, if the problem remains unresolved and you remain unsatisfied, we will refund your last service within 3 business days, upon receiving a signed written request 


b. Termite Control Service: If you are dissatisfied with our termite control services, including post-construction, pre-construction, or spot-treatment, the unused portion of the services is eligible for refund. However, we would prefer to assess the issue firsthand to determine if we can resolve it together. For clients with bait-stations installed as part of a preventative or treatment program, we are willing to cancel your contract and refund your last month's fees upon receiving a refund form and the return of any leased equipment. Please note that I only lease bait stations and will need to collect them in compliance with State and Federal pesticide handling regulations.


c. Nuisance Wildlife Control: Trapping, removal, and exclusion services are eligible for a refund of any unused portion of the services. To process the refund, a signed refund form must be submitted, and any company-owned equipment, such as traps, one-way doors, monitoring devices, cameras, and exclusion materials must be returned. If you encounter any quality or satisfaction issues, please contact us to discuss the problem. We will refund the price you paid for any undelivered services.


Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you made the payment using a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to that card. For payments made in cash, check, or ACH/EFT/E-Check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
